This EdD offers coursework designed to build your understanding of the roles individuals play in achieving organizational objectives. You will examine business principles and practices, including leadership interventions in behavioral health. The organizational leadership curriculum includes topics ranging from strategic planning to change management and beyond.Â
The dissertation process is integrated into the coursework. As part of the dissertation process, you will attend two in-person residencies.
